Just made it back from a five day trip to Orange County. My granddaughter had her wedding at the Richard M. Nixon library. Beautiful venue. It was a big celebration that went on for endless hours. The bride let me know she had been planning this for 3 years. Well, it was unbelievably magical. We all had a great time. The drive home was about 7 hours. Big traffic jam on the 405 and 50 miles an hour winds on the 5 through the Central Valley. My truck's windshield had a million bugs smashed on it. Made it back to base safe and sound.

This is so sad it would almost be funny. I have learned through a lot of experience opinions are like assholes everyone has one. Pardon my rough language my life to this point has been rough. I was really looking for serenity. What I found really embarrassed me not for myself but for those who think (remember that word) they are big tough mean mofos. Who think they are the lords of the universe. Who cries when someone happens to step on there toe.i really don't care what happens, Right now all I hear are a bunch of babies crying for attention. Suck it up this is a mean world, dark and dirty. There will always be someone bigger meaner and deadlier that will come along. I know I have met a few. Outcomes were to my advantage. Remember the word I asked you to remember. Nod your head that's good. The word is think. If you are capable of thinking do that before you act. This is my opinion and I am an asshole. Drop mic.
Yesterday I met an elderly gentleman who liked to drink a shot of tequila in the morning. His wife and life allowed it. I mentioned Don Julio tequila. He put his hand on my arm. Eyes sparkling shared the memory long ago growing up in his village daily watching the burro circle the grindstone turning the harvested blue agave into mash at Don Julio's house. He remembered playing with the sons of Don Julio fond memories.

No, I learned a long time ago it is better to walk the walk and talk the talk just for this day.
My friends and family do the same thing that is why they are my clan my tribe my pack. I don't have many days left so I live each one as the last.
